Situated in the red bone marrow the mother cell that gives rise to various blood corpuscles is known as haemopoietic sterm cell. This cell is differentiated as lymphoid stem and myeloid stem cells and later produce RBC, WBC, platelets, T – cells, B – cells, macrophages etc.
